The Embassy receives and returns consular documents on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding public holidays of Viet Nam and New Zealand):
Morning: 09:00 – 12:00
Afternoon: 14:00 – 17:00

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MOLISA) encourages businesses to align their leave schedules with the following official public holidays:

  1. New Year’s Day: Wednesday, 1 January 2025

  2. Lunar New Year (Tet):
     For a Monday–Friday workweek:
      - 24–30 January (Fri–Thu)
      - 27–31 January (Mon–Fri)
      - 28 Jan–3 Feb (Tue–Mon)
     For a Monday–Saturday workweek:
      - 25–30 January (Sat–Thu)
      - 27–31 January (Mon–Fri)
      - 28 Jan–1 Feb (Tue–Sat)

  3. Hung Kings Commemoration Day: Monday, 7 April 2025

  4. Reunification Day: Wednesday, 30 April 2025

  5. International Labor Day: Thursday, 1 May 2025

  6. National Day:
      - 1–2 September (Mon–Tue) or
      - 2–3 September (Tue–Wed)
